Distress your picture with the edge distresser and some ink. Cut out some flowers and build a frame around the photo. Letters are handcut (use some chipboard as a template and matted with white cardstock. Undertitle made with letter stickers. All supplies are framed with a black pen. If you like you can add some doodling with a white pen!!
