Spotlight on Carole

Next we have Carole from France. I swear its hard to decide which project to put on our blog because the work is just awesome. Carole has used the "love Elsie" line of papers which are sure to delight all those that use it. Simple, sweet and fun!

Take the dot paper and cut a hand scalloped edge around the circle. Use the white pen around the edge on that
border.  Using the "squared paper", use random pieces to embellish the page. Place the photo on the making
memories index paper and more square detailed paper over th picture. Finish your project by applying rub on
for your title.
