Lovely Luxe and an altered Perfume gift!

Do you ever look back and wonder how you used to spend your days? Kirs de ven-Smit shows us a great way to document a day in your life. Look at all that Luxe!!

SUPPLY LIST :
Luxe Designs paper – Trinket Sweet talk (both side)
Luxe Designs paper - Love Bird (both side)
Luxe Designs paper – Color Me Cozy
Luxe Designs paper - Classic Black Grande Latte
Luxe Designs paper – Jotters – Right Now : a piece with time in a row and a piece with weekend plans
American Crafts – Thickers (black giggles, pink daiquiri)
Heidi Swapp Bling (red)
Paperplug
Little piece fabric
Stitcher
Posca pen Black

HOW TO:
On one side of the Sweet talk paper, cut waves. On the other side, cut about 6 rectangular pieces. Cut 4 strips (about 0.5 inch by 5 inch) out of Love Bird. As the same for the flowers, 4 pieces for 4 layers. Cut the miscellaneous drawings out from the Color Me Cozy paper (house, sun, cafe, friends, love, etc). Adhere random strips from Love Bird to the Grand Latte paper. To achieve this layered look, glue your embellishments in this order: pieces from Jotters, figures Color Me Cozy, photo's, blocks, waves, flowers.

For the journaling, use a Word program to make the words in red letters. Cut them in strips and trim it with random black lines. Correspond each journaling strip with the correct time on the Jotters die-cut.

Valentine's day may be long gone, but this altered project is suitable all year. Kirs altered the outside of a perfume box and added a simple heart to the actual bottle. What a clever way to make a great gift even better!

SUPPLY LIST
Love Elsie and paper Stickers
Tim Holtz Grungeboard Wings
Heidi Swapp Cardstock
White Crêpe paper
White Paint : Making Memories
White Ink : Colorbox
Black Button (unknown)
Ribbon : American Crafts
Soufflepen White
Fineliner Black

HOW TO

Furnish the perfume box with Elsie paper and paper stickers. Ink along the edges of the box with inks. Cut the heart out of the Grungeboard, paint it white. Gently ink the grungeboard so that the embossed dots stand out more.

To make a flower with the crepe paper: fold the paper in a circle, hold it in the middle, then conform it with the wire sticher. Decorate it in dots with black pen. Adhere the button in the center. Adhere the wings at the back of the flower. Finish it with a ribbon, white soufflepen and fineliner.

Cut a little heart out of the red cardstock, draw a heart in it with a black fineliner and add small dots with a white soufflepen. Make a hole in the heart, and using some string, tie it to the neck of the perfume bottle.
