Boys Will Be Boys

At the Mega Scrap-A-Ganza event, many of the designers from the blog met for the first time. I sat down with Natalie and we talked a bit about scrapbooking and through the conversation, she became dubbed, "Miss Card-Maker." Natalie loves to make cards for us, so it's a special treat to get a layout from this talented lady.

Don't forget, Natalie will be teaching at the Mini Scrap-A-Ganza event this weekend in Stratford Upon Avon!

"Boys will be Boys"

Bazzill Basics Black textured cardstock
Making Memories Garden Party Glitter Dots Aqua patterned paper
Hambly Studios Mod Circles transparency
Rusty Pickle Pop Star Cole patterned paper
Rusty Pickle Pop Star Tag Set
Rusty Pickle Pop Star Rub-ons
Sakura white Gellyroll doodling pen

Cut two 12" x 3" peices of the Aqua glitter paper and attach to a sheet of black cardstock - one vertically and one horizontally. Attach a strip from the transparency over the vertical peice of paper. Staple the three doodled file tabs from the tag set to the right hand edge of your photo and attach the photo to the left hand side of your layout using 3D foam tape. Attach the doodled heart, title tag and brackets using 3D foam tape where shown. Cut the four All Boy stars from the sheet of patterned paper. Use 3D foam tape to raise two of the centre stars onto two of the cut out circles. Attach to the layout as shown. Add a rub-on to the edge of your photo and onto the transparency. Add white doodling around the edge of the layout and the sides of the patterned paper with white pen by copying some of the designs from the patterned paper and tags.
