Emma- Love and Kisses Clipboard **HOME DECOR**

This altered clipboard is the perfect gift for Grandma (or can be made for someone elese). Emma's mother lives in a different country, so she made a little something with "lots of love and kisses" from her 2 boys.

SUPPLIES
Bazzill cardstock
Patterned papers: Fancy Pants Simplicity (Shape), Scenic Route Loveland (Chickadee Street, Garnet Street, and Carina Drive).
Heidi Swapp chipboard alphabet

Other:
Bingo clipboard, small notepad, ribbons, Dymo, Small box, sewing machine, acrylic paint, inks, corner rounder, hole punch, black marker pen, white card, ‘kiss’ stamp- Royal and Langnickel.

HOW TO
Paint clipboard with acrylic paint and allow to dry. Cut Bazzill to cover the front of board leaving a small edge. Ink edges of cardstock and sew a black line around edge. Affix to board. Add a strip of Chikadee Street paper with rounded corners.

Make a pocket from the reverse of the Fancy pants paper and add to the bottom of board. Include tags with sayings from your children. Decorate with roses cut from Fancy Pants paper which I edged with black marker pen.

Add a small notepad decorated with fancy pants paper and roses. Also hearts from SR Garnet Street, a circle from Carina Drive and Dymo words. Finish with tied ribbons on the spiral binding.

Place a matted photo of your children ‘blowing kisses’ to the centre of the board.

Finally, the kiss tickets. Cover a small box (I used an OXO cube box) with Chickadee Street and Fancy Pants paper, decorating with a ribbon, hearts and pink flowers from the Fancy Pants paper. Cut a ‘slit’ in the front, just over an inch wide.

For the tickets, mark 1” wide pencil lines on the back of white card, then mark lengths of 5cm across – sew along the widths with a sewing machine WITHOUT THREAD to create perforations.
Cut the tickets into 1” lengths and use your hole puch to create semi-cuts where the tickets join. Stamp kisses onto the front and ask your children to write messages on each ticket. Roll up the tickets and pop inside box. Fix box onto your board.
