Mireille- Clipboard **MONOCHROMATIC**

This vacation we spent the first week of our holiday with our friends. It was awesome having a house filled with little princesses (and one little prince). I had to create something as a reminder of this summer for them!

And what color works better for little princesses than pink?

HOW TO
Take a mini mister, fill it with a little bit of the perfect pearls powder and re-inker (in this case pink colors). Add water and shake well. I then sprayed this fluid horizontally, letting it "mist down" on the clipboard.
Outline the clipboard with Stickles.
Take your patterned paper and cut it into a 20x 20 piece. Ink  and then tear the edges.
Print your pictures on photo transfer paper and then iron it onto felt. Becareful! The normal iron time for ironing onto cotton is two minutes. Felt needs less time, otherwise your pictures will "burn." For me, 1 minute worked. Cut them leaving a light pink border around the picture.
Then place the photos onto darker felt and cut a rectangle leaving a darker border.
I crocheted a "lace border" on the dark felt.  Then I sewed the picture onto the dark pink felt.  Leave one side open so you can fill it up with cottonballs (or wool) before you close it.
Attach the tree felt "pillows" in a line in the center of your project. Determine where your border stamps go and stamp above and below the pillows.
I curled one corner of the patterned paper and used a corner stamp in that corner. Attached the curl with a gluedot and decorate it with a punched out flower (out of Fancy Pants paper), tag, and button.
I used the same flowers, tags and buttons on each "pillow" writing down the names of the girl and the year in the lower left corner.
I painted the chipboard word and then stamped text on it when it dried.  I then finished it with a coating of glitter glaze.
Ink the edges and place it in the right lower corner.
