HOW TO
Cut a 14 x 20 cm rectangle paper and tear the back. Put a scalloped frame around the picture and adhere all on this rectangle paper. Decorate with swirl, buttons, chipboards. write the journaling with the computer and cut it in small strips. Adhere these strips on the picture and on the papers.

That is GORGEOUS! Love the bold colours, and those carefully selected embellishments. This is exactly what I can't make, but wish I could - because it looks sooooo good!!
