The Things I Love About You

Today's green and pink masterpiece is brought to you by France's very own, Carole Maurin. This beauty has lots of Hambly to accentuate the mix of different brands. She even uses a journaling overlay directly on a photograph! It is a great way to enhance the look of your photographs and bring your eye back to that central point.

"The Things I Love About You"
by Carole Maurin

SUPPLIES:
Papers: Making Memories "Garden Party", Basic Grey "Sultry", Fancy Pants "Daydreams"
Lace Cardstock: Pop Culture Flower Child-Socialite
Bazzil Basics
Flowers and Wings: Prima Marketing
Transparencies: Hambly Screen Prints "5 Dandelions" "Mini Graph" and "Journaling Bits." My Mind's Eye
Cardstock Diecut: My Mind's Eye
Self-adhesive Lace Paper Ribbon: Creative Imaginations "Melonberry"

HOW TO:
Cut a square in the Basic Grey "Sultry" paper to put on the center of the scalloped Making
Memories "Garden Party".
Cut a rectangle in the graph overlay and a hand cut strip in the Fancy Pants paper.
To form the mat under the photo, adhere the following items in this order: graph overlay, Fancy Pants stripe, Bazzil Basic strip, Creative Imaginations lace paper and then your pictures.
Using the outter edges of the flowers on the lace cardstock as a guide, cut a strip to put under your photo.
Carefully cut the images from the "Dandelions" and a circle journaling spot from the "Journaling Bits" overlay out and adhere to your layout. Position the journaling circle over one of your photos and the title (used a simple cardstock diecut from My Mind's Eye).
