Emma- Scrap Within Reach

The old pump.
by Emma Trout

SUPPLIES
Bazzill cardstock white
Patterned papers: Scrap Within Reach (Industrial Park Collection) Warehouse, historic district, the factory, industrial loft, market street.
Making Memories dye (Wheatgrass)
American Crafts Zing embossing powder (Gold)
Tim Holtz stamp (Stamper Anonymous)
Making Memories eclectic brads (bug collection)
Ranger alcohol ink (slate grey)
Scrapworks alpha stickers
Tags,string, fabric mesh, ribbon.

HOW TO
Mix the dye with one cup of warm water. Brush directly onto the cardstock background. The dye leaves a lovely smooth tint on the cardstock.

Add matted photos to tags with strips of patterned paper then layer up onto layout with more torn and cut strips of patterned paper. Cut out the cogs and add to layout as embellishments. I also drew two corn ears onto patterned paper, cut them out and added to the layout.

Stamp and emboss the stamp onto glossy cardstock and add to layout.

Paint the foam alphabet with alcohol ink to colour it and allow to dry.

Finish by adding the journaling tag, dragonfly brad, mesh, ribbon bow and the title.
