HOW TO
The flowers are made by cutting various sized circles.  First fold the circle into quarters.  Using the two bottom quatrants, fold upwards, making a petal shape.  Flip the circle to the other side.  Folding the same bottom quadrants, fold the petal inward towards the middle.  It is kind of like folding  a paper airplane.  Use curled pieces of thin cardstock for the middles.  Handcut stems from cardstock and make an arrangement of your folded flowers and tie a ribbon around it.  I stuck a pin I received from the US Army after my husband graduated from Boot Camp which says "Army Spouse."  I've accumulated a few of these over the years and thought it would be an appropriate way to use one.  The background is simple; various sized patterned paper squares layered over one another, fitted on top of a scalloped piece of Bazzill paper.

1. Cut and ink an 8x8 square of the Arrows patterned paper. Place arrow side down on your 12x12 sheet of cardstock towards the top left hand side.

2. Cut around a large dinner plate so that you have almost 3/4 of the circle onto the lighter Stars patterned paper. This is inked and then placed in the bottom right hand corner.

3. Mat your photograph onto a piece of corrigated card 5.5x8.5inches and scallop one end. Wrap and fasten jute around the scalloped end. Again ink this and place onto your layout slighly off centre.

4. Cut out and ink one of the larger arrows from the Arrows patterned paper and slot this into the jute wrapped around your picture mount pointing towards the photograph.

5. Paint the grunge crown and hand cut a devils horn from red cardstock. Stick these into place and once you have completed your rub ons you can glossy accent the horn. Leave to dry.

6. Using a ruler go around the edge of the layout with a black pen to create a frame and fray the straight edges of all the papers to give a worn look :)

HOW TO
Step 1) Choose a big black and white photo, and collect some colour paper, I will show you that you can choose funky girly colors on a boy page..so get ready.

Step 2) I use my background some colourful elsie love paper then I cut some love elsie paper daisy blankie some tags I love on my page, and glue it on my background like a collage,

Step 3) then I cute two pieces of October afternoon in little mini cards and use in the corners the corner punch and glue them also on your page under the photoframe.

Step 4) I cut a frame out fabric paper from elsie ..and stick on my page watch out it is very sticky and then glue the photo on the frame..

Step5) Then I pick the swirl from bo bunny love them and but them around the frame and a little bit under the frame so leave some open spot to hide them, if they are not very sticky use some extra glue,..

And then you have a colourful boy pages with girl power …

HOW TO
Cut a piece of 15/30cm on the “front and back” paper, and bend it.

Then cut a band of 3/15cm (you can use a border punch) and adhere it on the card.

Add a tag, and a big letter (C).

Punch 10 circles (approximately 2,5cm) and bend it to obtain little leaves.

Adhere the letter “O” on a piece of paper and staple the leaves on it. Add a circle sticker in the middle.

Decorate the card with some stickers (tag, swirl to make the stem of the flower)

Then add the tab sticker with the title “B-Day”.

Finally, outline all the elements with a white pen.

Summertime Gift Box

Miscellaneous: Glue Dots, Wooden Skewers, Black Marker, Black Pen, Recycled Box from We R Memory Keepers, pink ink

HOW TO

First, I emptied a box that held chipboard letters from We R Memory Keepers.  I liked the seethrough window in the front.

Adhere your patterned paper to the box, measuring and cutting out a square for the window.  Edge the paper with pink ink.

To make the pinwheels:  Cut various sized squares.  Fold each side diagonally and at each corner, cut about halfway to the middle.  Fold alternating sides down toward the middle, securing with a glue dot.  Adhere a rhinestone in the middle of each pinwheel.

With a black marker, color the wooden skewers, then cut down to size.  Tie a ribbon, then adhere to the front of the pinwheels.

Free hand draw grass, cut out, and stagger along the bottom of the box. 

Add a summer theme rubon to the window.

Lastly, fill your box with summertime treats, like snacks, drink mixes for your water bottle, etc.

HOW TO
Cut a circle on the “twirls”papers and scratch the edges.
Then, cut some strips of 2/30cm on the “adorable” paper, and staple it directly on the circle.
Cut a circle (24cm) on the “spunky” paper, and cut another one inside (18cm).
Scratch the edges, and adhere it on the page.
Add some circle in sewing.
Add the stickers (flowers) on the page to make a mat for the photo.
Cut the photo in circle, scratch the edges and adhere it by top of the stickers.
Add the title, crystal and stickles to make the layout shine
Outline the elements with a white pen.

HOW TO

Glue a 1” strip of paper along the left edge of layout and a 1” strip across the bottom.

Add the full width photo above the bottom strip. Stamp journaling swirl onto the layout using archival ink then cut out the circle from the same journaling swirl that has been stamped onto glossy cardstock and add to centre on the photo.

Add a 1” strip of patterned paper above the photo. Cut out patterns from stack and decorate the paper strips.

I added a desaturated photo to the left side of the layout.

Sponge white paint directly onto cardstock

Add page pebbles, monogram, brads and elements from patterned papers.

HOW TO
1. Ink and tear the edge of the brown background paper which you are using instead of cardstock.
2. Cut a piece of the alphabet paper 7x10 inches, ink and tear the edges.
3. Cut a piece of the pale blue paper 8 x 6.5 inches. From the same paper (tartan on the back) cut off two corners approx 3.5inches deep. Ink and tear.
4. Ink and tear the photograph and journaling strip.
5. Punch stars from the patterened paper and position it all in place. Stamp random stars and a sentiment onto the layout to add more 'dirt' aspects.

HOW TO
All edges are modified with paint and finished with the dots (white). Add glitter to one flower edge , through the same straw on the paint still wet. Let them dry.

The upper part of the flowerpot is painted and edited with glitter . Lower part has paper adhered and between pasted with a strip fabric and finished with a ribbon.

Some pages are entirely covered with paper, and the others only in the middle, along with old paper, so keep that free edges.

For an extra page, there are 2 pieces square cuts and pasted together between with - wrinkled - fabric .

The letter stickers are finishing with the pink fineliner.

Edit further with die-cuts and stickers.

HOW TO
Cut along the wavy lines on the Outdoors papers so that you have approx half the 12x12 sheet left.
Rip and tear along the edges until it looks a little worn. Ink the edges and make a cut just above the saying - The Great Outdoors. Stick this in the lower half of the page.
Cut a piece of the Dot paper 4x5 inches, turn over the corner and shred the edges again. Ink and place on the right hand side of the page just above the incision you made on the wavy paper.
Place photograph with the edge tucked underneath the wavy line.
Crease the Happy Trails sticker, rip and ink the edges.
Likewise with the Discover journalling block.
Place these at the left hand side of the layout, slightly overlapping the photograph.
Tie buttons, brads, embellishments to both sides of the layout to add depth.
Ink and shred the edges of the whole layout to give it that outdoor look.
